I am a photographer and woodturner who grew up in a small rural town north east of Pittsburgh where I began developing my passion for photography from my mother and woodworking from my father. Working for the County of Erie for the last 27+ years helps me support my family and enjoy hobbies that make me happy. I consider myself a photography and woodturning enthusiast despite selling some of my work.
The majority of my photos are taken for fun and/or as a form of community service. I take, or have taken, pictures for Fairfield Fire Department, Harborcreek Township, Harborcreek Historical Society, Autism Society of Northwestern Pennsylvania, Lawrence Park Fire Department, various youth ice hockey teams in Erie, Penn State Behrend sports, the Down Syndrome Group of Erie County, the Erie Admirals NPSL and other area events as a service to my community. The Harborcreek Magazine has used many of my photos, including multiple cover pages, and the Applebee's in Harborcreek display a number of my photos. One of my most rewarding events is the Tim Tebow Foundation Night to Shine. For the 6 years I have volunteered with two fantastic photographers: Debra Gilmore and Paul Gibbens.
